Weather Policy and Important information before renting our inflatables:

 

During the summer season, our equipment gets extremely hot, which is why a shaded area may be required.

 

We offer tent as an add-on for $50, please make sure to rent a tent during the reservation process to ensure one is available at set-up delivery. We will not set-up outdoors if there has been rain 24 hours prior to set up If there is a high prediction of rain the day of event. Rental can be rescheduled to another date. 

 

Additional Information: It is important to know in advance where you would like to set up the inflatable Once our team start setting up, there is a $50 fee to remove and place to another location. 

 

 

To ensure we offer a safe and clean environment, no shoes, food, drinks, confetti, glitter, or paint is permitted in the inflatable area.

 

 

Our set-ups are four-hour rentals and our latest time frame to book is 2pm-6pm Our team will not deliver in animal droppings, debris, or uneven pavement. Please let us know if you need a later time frame and we may be able to accommodate,
