Terms & Conditions

I understand that my event is not officially booked until deposit is received and a Just Peachy Party representative has contacted me



  • All tents & accessories are for rental purposes only. Complimentary items will be clearly indicated by the company. 

  • All themes/images are to be used as a guide and are subject to availability. Website and/or social media pictures are used as reference and may not be an exact replica.

  • Pickup time is approximate. Driver(s) may arrive as early as the “end “of the “Rental Period” or as late as two hours after “end” of “Rental Period”.  Customer is responsible for all the equipment until it is picked up by our driver.

  • I understand that my event is not officially booked until deposit is received and a Just Peachy Party representative has contacted me

  • I understand that the Terms & Conditions must be signed electronically prior to the event start date/time. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.

  • The Company will not be liable for any injuries, loss, damage, or expenditure incurred by the Client due to faulty equipment for any reason whatsoever.


Payment & Bookings

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date and will be applied to your remaining balance. Final payment is due (7) days prior to your event. For bookings made less than 7 days prior to the party date, full payment is required at booking. Just Peachy Parties reserves the right to forfeit delivery if payment has not been paid in full on the agreed date of rental. 

The final event guest count is due 2 weeks prior to the event and must be included in total event price due to pre-planning costs.


Cancellations must be written via email to and/or text 678.701.7861 (with a confirmation text that it has been received) at least (14) days prior to your event to receive a full refund - minus your non-refundable deposit. If made less than (14) days prior to your event, no refund will be given; however, you can apply those funds to a future party date. A future party date must be held within one year of your original event date based on our availability. Any party favors, or custom add-ons are non-refundable.


Setup & Pickup

Delivery: On the day of your event will take place between 9am and 4pm. The client is expected to be present at time of delivery & setup. If the client is not present, the event will be cancelled and funds will be forfeited with no refund. If there is over five steps Just Peachy Parties needs to go up/down to set up for the event the Client may be subject to a $25 charge. We will not set up any equipment on uneven grounds, pet droppings, debris. The client agrees to pay any charges imposed by the venue. These charges may include but are not limited to, parking, venue booking fees, permit fees etc. Just Peachy Parties is not responsible for moving any items/furniture belonging to the Client.

Set Up: Please clean and clear the area for set up of all furniture and debris prior to our arrival time. Please do your best to keep pets out of the setup area during set up, event, and tear down. If the space is not cleared upon arrival, a late fee may occur. If area is cleaned and ready, set up should take no longer than 1-4 hours, depending on package. If there is not enough space to set up the originally agreed upon amount of Teepees, the Client agrees they will not be refunded for any Teepees that could not be set up due to space limitations.

Pick Up: Just Peachy Parties will pick up all the sleepover items the following day between 9am and 4pm. Any balloons will be the responsibility of the Client.

Softplay, Inflatable, & Picnic Rentals: Must be completed by 6:00pm (unless agreed upon otherwise by Client and Just Peachy Parties). We reserve the right to charge a fee for later hours.

Damages + Lost/Stolen Items

The client is responsible for the care of the items & equipment during the party. Any damages or lost/stolen items will incur replacement costs. The client is responsible for the cost of replacing any damaged items due to mistreatment during the rental period. If any item is damaged, stained, excessively dirty, or exposed to cigarette smoke, it will result in repayment of the full cost of the product.

Housekeeping Rules

  • No jumping, running, or climbing allowed on any items/equipment 

  • Although we love our furry friends, please ensure all pet hair is not in event space. Failure to do so will result in a $75 cleaning fee.

  • Supervise any children using the equipment during the event.

  • Keep all items away from fire and candles

  • No food, drinks, candy, facepaint, makeup, nail polish, silly string, slime, or sharp objects are allowed

  • Ensure the party area is smoke-free!

  • Only children under the age of 7 can play in the Soft Play Activity area


  • All jumpers must remove shoes, jewelry, badges, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house. 

  • No Piñata’s/Balloon Strings/Strings in the bounce house- risk of severe injury.  

  • To avoid neck and back injuries - no wrestling, flipping, colliding or fighting.  

  • Do not bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the bounce house - serious injury may result.  

  • Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, children under 3 years of age, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.  Do NOT allow older children to jump with younger children - risk of severe injury.  

  • No hanging from the netting on the sides or from the roof of the bounce house. 

  • If inflatable begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.  

  • Bounce House MUST be staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury.

  • Do not use if winds exceed 25mph - bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower.  

  • Keep children away from the blower unit - risk of electric shock and serious injury from moving parts of the blower.  

  • Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist.  

Inclement Weather

If you are hosting an outdoor event, you assume all weather-related risks. Alternate indoor space suggested in case of inclement weather. Soft Play Zones, Movie Inflatable & Projector, Inflatables, or Outdoor Picnics will not be set up in ANY rain and/or excessive weather conditions. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, you can change the setting and Just Peachy Parties will attempt to work with you if our schedule allows.  In the event that the location changes and delivery is being made, the client must provide as much notice as possible. Increased travel fees may be charged. Date changes will be considered if bad weather is predicted and an alternate venue is not available and is dependent on availability of the picnic equipment. 


Once Just Peachy Parties has delivered/set-up and your event time has started there will be no refund issued. Refunds will not be issued in the event of bad weather or issues with venue availability. 


If renting a Soft Play Zone we highly recommend there be some sort of shade over the play area due to the high temperatures and the material becoming too hot. Just Peachy Parties has a 10’x20’ canopy available for rent for $50.00. 




Should you agree that Just Peachy Parties may photograph your event, Just Peachy Parties, LLC, reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing. However, we respect your privacy and you may request not to have all or part of your party photographed and we will respect that request.


Children must be supervised at all times by an adult (18) years or older during the rental period. Just Peachy Parties will not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss or damage to property however caused during your rental period. The client is responsible for any accidents that occur during the rental period. By renting with us you agree to indemnify Just Peachy Parties, LLC and hold Just Peachy Parties, LLC harmless from, without limitation, any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney's fees and costs, incurred due to claims brought by any third party as a result of or arising out of the Participant's involvement in the Activities and to reimburse Just Peachy Parties, LLC, for any such costs, expenses and fees as they are incurred.
